Local Info

We are based amongst the rolling hills of South Devon. Not far from our main office location to the west is the seaside town of Teignmouth with its sandy beaches, cliffs and working port which gives it its own unique character. It also has a mainline railway station for easy access to London and the rest of the country.

Bishopsteignton features in the Domesday Book in 1086 but was then know as Taintona. The village, which still retains some of its early buildings, nestles on the hillside overlooking the Teign Estuary.

Our office is in a prominent location on the main road through Bishopsteignton village centre.

Throughout the year we have an extremely high number of people passing by on foot or by car.

This allows us to cater successfully for properties in the areas of Bishopsteignton, Lindridge, Shaldon, Combeinteignhead and Stokeinteignhead, plus town homes in Teignmouth and more suburban homes in Kingsteignton, the nearby village bordering on the town of Newton Abbot to the East.

The surrounding hamlets of Lindridge, Luton and Ideford and villages of Shaldon, Combeinteignhead & Stokeinteignhead each have their own very separate identities but each retains a charm and a quality of life that is hard to better.

Kingsteignton, which dates back to the same period as Bishopsteignton, has expanded more rapidly than other areas having excellent access to the A380 dual carriageway and being closer to the market town of Newton Abbot with its excellent railway station.

Our team have lived and worked for many years in this area.
This means they have extensive local knowledge to value and sell any type of property in the local area. We know precisely what the property market is doing in your area and the demand at any given time, which we know can affect prices dramatically.
